	Al Bolivar, PE, PLS, CP President Al has over thirty years of experience in surveying, mapping and GIS. Twelve of those years were spent as the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s Automation Manager and Consultant Coordinator. Al’s Experience in both the public and private sectors gives him unique and valuable insight into client needs.


	Irene Bolivar Vice President Irene has over ten years of marketing experience. The company’s representative to government and military agencies, her understanding of the principles and applications of geomatics serve Triangle Aerial Surveys very well.


	Paul D. Burgett Production Coordinator Mr. Burgett’s 13 years work experience includes over 4 years with the NCDOT Photogrammetry Unit as a Transportation Technician. His experience includes all facets of Analytical Aerotriangulation, Plan Sheet mapping, DTM capture, Original – Intermediate - and Final Cross-Sections capture, Topographic mapping, and Mosaics. Mr. Burgett is well familiar with Softcopy work-stations and Micro-Station J and GeoPAK software.


	Robert Pakiela Technical Manager Robert has twelve years of experience in Photogrammetry, GIS and Surveying. He is the company's manager of the analytical aerotriangulation department and is very familiar with the Intergraph Image Station Digital Mensuration (ISDM,) AeroSys, Match-AT and Socet Set software. His experience includes map compilation, DTM collection, LIDAR manipulation and digital orthophotography using conventional and satellite photography. Robert has also performed duties as a surveyor, including construction, cadastral and land surveying.


	Charles Emanuele Orthophotography & GIS Technician Charles came along to TAS, Inc. a year ago, having over three years experience in the Graphic Design field. He was included in the TAS team and instructed in the arts of GIS and orthophotography. He has worked with programs including OrthoMapper, the OrthoBox suite, Socet Set, ArcView, ArcGIS and the Adobe Creative Suite. He leads color correction and photo touch up assignments as needed for various orthophotography projects with his design back-ground.


	Phil McHugh Photogrammetric Technician The most recent addition to the TAS, Inc. team, Phil brings a large base of photography experience to his qualifications as a mapping technician. With a mind for comprehensiveness, Phil has worked with the Adobe Creative Suite, Socet Set, Dat/EM Summit Evolution, Leica Erdas Imagine, AutoCAD, AutoLISP and Trimble TerraModel. His problem-solving approach lends itself well to his broad range of experience in compilation, orthography, color correction and quality control.
